Encrypted Storage

All personal data — including your name, mobile number and payment identifiers linked to UPI or Paytm — is stored using industry-standard encryption. Data is not readable in plain text by anyone outside the authorised technical team.

Cookie Controls

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language preference and measure which pages you visit. You can adjust or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the cookie settings panel in your account dashboard.

Account Security Layers

Your account is protected by password authentication and, where available, a one-time PIN sent to your registered mobile. We do not store raw passwords — only a hashed version that cannot be reversed or read by our staff.

Retention and Deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period after closure, as required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
